The Global Payments Retail POS Training course is designed to provide valuable insights into not only how to use the point of sale system, but also how to optimize it effectively. New and existing Global Payments retail users alike will find a huge benefit in the quick, yet informative video-guided lessons on each and every aspect, from the front-end point of sale to the back-end operations.

Throughout this course, users will be guided through 7 modules that cover the 7 specific areas of Global Payments Retail POS:

Dashboard
Point of Sale
Sales
Inventory
Purchasing
User-Defined Fields
Reporting

Each module contains a number of chapters that correspond to the section available in the system. For example, Module 3 - Purchasing contains 4 different chapters because the Purchasing tab in the POS has 4 sections. Within each chapter, users will find at least 1 lesson. Each lesson offers both a video-guided lesson and a written guide so users can choose to learn the way they do best!

Most lessons in this course will also contain practice exercises that users can choose to complete to help better understand the content. If users choose to complete the practice exercises, it is highly recommended that they do so in their training environment. If users do not currently have a training environment, our team will gladly help get them started on one!

While users navigate through the course, they will notice that each module is branded as Heartland. The change from Heartland to Global Payments branding is simply just the logo - nothing about the actual software has changed, meaning each module is still relevant to Global Payments Retail POS!
