Pet Nutrition Foundations Program

The Pet Nutrition Foundations Program is a complete educational journey designed for pet professionals who want to elevate their understanding of nutrition beyond brand training. This program dives deep into how nutrition shapes every aspect of a pet’s health from digestion and skin condition to energy, mobility and longevity.

Participants will explore the foundations of nutritional science, the truth behind commercial and prescription diets and the power of whole foods and natural supplements in supporting optimal wellness. Created and taught by Carly Patryluk, Certified Pet Nutrition Specialist and owner of House of Paws Pet Boutique, this course opens the doors to the same trusted training her own team receives in-store.

Through seven in-depth sections, students will learn to confidently assess a pet’s needs, interpret ingredient panels, and match foods and supplements to common ailments like allergies, digestive upset, or joint pain. The course also provides the tools to think critically about the pet food industry; understanding regulations, quality standards and marketing tactics so professionals can educate customers with clarity and credibility.
