You can start small with just a few training lessons and add more until you have as robust - or as simple - a training course as you want. Add seasonal training. Add new content at any time. It's totally flexible and all under your control.

What Does It Cost?

You can start building your Custom Course for FREE and only pay when you publish course and it's ready for your team to start training.

The pricing for your published course is flexible depending on how many employees you have using the course.

Basic course fee: $49/month which includes 1 "seat" in the course.

Add additional seats for each employee in the course: $5/month per employee.

As an example, for a store with an owner, a manager, and 4 employees, the total cost would be $99/month - so worth it to get just one happier customer, one problem you don't have to solve, one mistake not made!

For a bigger retail company with 50 employees, the total cost would be just $294/month - and it would be impossible to train (and keep training) that many people in person for that small amount. Because the per person fee is so low, it's an incredible value.

Add additional seatsYou can add new seats as you hire new people and remove seats from your custom course if people leave the company. Pay only for the seats you need.

And there is NO contract, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you and your employees will no longer have access to your course or any of the training data. Don't worry, though. We'll keep everything safe inside the system in case you decide to come back!

As With Every Course on Brilliance, You'll Be Able To:

  • Add Employees to your store so they can take courses, learn, and get better at their job. You can add as many employees as you want for free. You don't pay until you assign them a seat in a paid course.
  • Assign Training - Assign the right training for the right employees at the right time. Your team members will get automatic notifications about what training they have been assigned and reminders as each lesson comes due.
  • Track Progress - Reports let you can see at a glance which lessons each employee has completed, if they have achieved any certifications, or if they have outstanding assignments. If you can measure it, you can manage it!
  • Adjust Access - You decide who takes which courses. Get “seats” for as many employees as you want, remove access for employees who have left the company, and only pay for what you need.
