Our flagship product, the Retail Mastery System teaches the 11 essential skills required to be a successful store owner. The Retail Sales Academy teaches store employees how to increase sales by providing exceptional customer service.

Bob Negen
Bob Negen, co-founder of WhizBang! Retail Training, is a retail expert, author, speaker, and business coach. Bob works with independent retailers to improve and grow their businesses with actionable tactics and strategies. His proven systems and techniques consistently deliver measurable results in over 40 retail industries.
A retailer himself for 19 years, Bob turned his single kite store into an award-winning multi-million-dollar toy store chain. Now he uses his four decades of retail experience to help store owners and managers learn the necessary business skills they need to succeed in today’s changing retail environment.
Susan Negen
Susan Negen has a knockout one-two punch of sophisticated “big business” skills and street-smart small business experience.
She has worked as a senior executive for retailing giants like Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Lord & Taylor. She has also been on the leadership team of a small retail business and understands the joys and challenges of being an entrepreneur. Susan quickly discovered that the problems of operating a multi-billion dollar company and the struggles of the entrepreneur are not that much different!
In her decades of business experience, Susan has effectively managed large groups of employees. She’s used her expert analytical skills to purchase inventory for both large and small stores, and has brought a keen sense of organization to WhizBang! Training.
